How do I qualify?

You must provide proof of Medicaid WIC, SNAP, or Energy Assistance and live in the Benton Community School District.

How many items may I take?

It depends on the size of your household. You are given a sheet to follow according to the number of people in your household.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since October 2016.

How can I volunteer my time?

You can talk to any Advisory Board member at the Co-Op on Thursdays during open hours.

How long do I have to volunteer to shop?

It depends on the size of your household.

Do I have to schedule my volunteer hours?

Yes, you must schedule ahead of your desired day to volunteer. You cannot volunteer on the same day you want to shop unless you are on the schedule to work.

When are you open?

Regular hours of operation are Thursdays from 9 am – 6 pm (subject to change due to holidays). During COVID-19 school closures, scheduled Fridays from 2 – 6 pm will be for distribution of BCSC Free and Reduced Lunch Program Assistance.

Can someone other than myself work for me?

No, unless you are a homebound, elderly, or disabled.

Can my child work with me?

You must be 18 years or older to work.
